fully digital pre-press department with direct CTP
technology and a full-service bindery that add to

Printing
Rakesh Press was the first company in India to import and operate a KBA (Koenig & Bauer AG, Germany) CPC (Computerised Press Control) FIVE Colour Sheetfed Offset Printing Press. Installed in 1999, the KBA Planeta Rapida 105 prints sheet sizes up to 28"x40" at an average of 10,000 impressions per hour. In November 2004, another KBA CPC Five Colour machine was installed at our plant that averages 15,000 impressions per hour with an automatic plate changing and roller/blanket washing system to reduce make-ready time.
